Jobboard
Finding jobs and clients can be tough. We've all been there. With this job board, we want to ensure our members have more opportunities.
For creatives: Whether you are a filmmaker, editor, colorist, or producer, the job board can be a great asset. Keep an eye on new posts and, as with any community, contribute when you find gigs online. A simple screenshot will do!
For brands: If you're here for the job board to find new connections, great! When posting a gig, be as detailed as possible to make the process go smoothly.
There are three different categories: 'Online Collabs,' 'Paid Jobs,' and 'Passion Projects.' Each space is divided by continent to make finding a job near you easier!
Meetups & events
One of the most powerful elements of filmmaking is networking. Without a network, it's nearly impossible to get jobs and grow as a filmmaker. Therefore, we encourage meetups and events.
The Meetup space is open to all. You're free to organize your own meetups within this space. The FMC will organize in-person events every now and then, which will be displayed here as well.
Live Sessions
Learning from other creators is key to expanding your skillset. That’s why we bring in people from both inside and outside the FMC to hang out with us. Think of it as a live podcast where you can mingle and ask your questions in person. This is a unique feature of the FMC that will definitely help you in your filmmaking journey.
